2. Fats are also suitable for the body. It helps to promote energy. However, small of the amount of fat is needed to be consumed by a body-builder. It is an essential factor for the production of hormones. There are two types of healthy fat that you can make consume like mono unsaturated and polyunsaturated sources.

3. Consumption of higher calories is needed throughout the day. This consumption will speed up the burning of the body fat. You should not eat too late in the morning or to late at night. Make sure your lunch is eaten by noon and light snacks are also healthy for the body.

4. Alcohol is terrible for a body-builder. You are advised to stay away from alcohol. It is much preferably drink green tea and herbal tea than the consumption of alcohol. Less I forget, water therapy is the best, make sure you drink enough water daily so that you stay off from dehydration.

Finally, there are various resistance training medications that are also advisable but you must consult your doctor before you buy the medications, so that you will be able to prevent side effects.
