Fat, or should I say healthy fat is the main food source you need to be looking at first. If you are eating unhealthy fats, then they will do nothing but make you gain weight. Healthy fats such as Olive Oil and Flaxseed can help you lose weight, and for many reasons. Speeding up your metabolism is the main key to eating these types of fats and oils. Kick the junk food fats such as hydrogenated oils, found in burgers, pizzas and fries.

Fruit, and especially Oranges in my case, were a great source of energy. Oranges and fresh orange juice contain fiber, and this has been shown to help speed up weight loss. If you can change your breakfast to include Oranges, then you have a really good chance of burning stomach fat, taking on energy and getting healthy. Do not buy pre made fresh juice from your local supermarket, it is so much better to make your own, then this way, you know you are not eating anything bad that may have been added to the juice.

The last of the great ab flattening foods is, Turkey is one the meats to be eating, because it is so lean and very low if fat. Low sodium turkey is the one to buy, and you will also find it is high in protein, and is exactly what you need to be building a perfect six pack. It is very easy to cook, and goes great with fresh vegetables. You do not have to buy a whole turkey, and most supermarkets will have this in the refrigerator all year-round.

You can also eat a few other foods, with many personal trainers saying milk is something to add to your diet. Low-fat or even fat-free milk is the best choice.
