The best diet for muscle building comprises mainly of more protein, less carbohydrates and fats, vitamins and minerals and most importantly, water. These must be taken in the right proportions and when exercise is added to it, the result will be superb. What you eat will determine the rate at which your muscle will develop. To obtain the right diet you need to adhere to the following:

1. Eat large amount of protein because it is a very essential part of a diet. Protein can be gotten from dairy products like milk, meat, eggs and chicken. It can also be gotten from fish. Do you k now that it is better for you to eat fish than meat? Fish contains more protein than meat and it digests faster than meat.

2. Do not eat simple carbs; instead, eat the complex ones before and after performing the necessary exercise. Complex carbohydrates can be gotten from brown bread, oatmeal and sweet potatoes.

3. Eat little food because overeating makes a person lazy and sluggish. The most important meal of the day is breakfast and it must not be missed. Ensure you eat at least 3 times daily.

This brings us to the vital part of the diet plan. Guess what it is!

4. Fruits and vegetables: That's absolutely correct. Fruits and vegetables are rich in the essential vitamins and minerals necessary for muscle building. Without them, you will be as dry as straw and you will look like an AIDS patient. It is advisable to include it in your everyday meal because it will help you in ways you can never imagine.

5. Last but not the least is water which is very important. It is better to drink water than to drink all these sugary substances that do not give anything to the body.
