Quick Shortcuts For Insane Six Pack Abs

Aren't we a weird bunch, us human beings? We are always looking for the easy way out. Someone out there is always looking for a method to make a certain task easier and less time-consuming. I suppose it makes sense after all. With the time saved, we can always focus on the areas of our lives that mean most to us. So suppose you want a ripped mid section just in time for the holidays. You've left it a little late but you're willing to make a go of it. What do you do? Are there any shortcuts you can take to get that desirable set of six-pack abs? Yes there certainly are and we will be going through them now!

1. It's all in your head: Before we get into the nitty gritty, we need to completely wipe the software installed in your head. That software input is the reason for the physical output - your current physique. Your current eating habits, lifestyle choices and attitudes have resulted in the body you have now. If you are not entirely pleased with your body, then you need a mental overhaul.

Start to look at food differently and also begin to factor in wise lifestyle decisions that help you towards your goal of getting a lean and mean set of ripped six-pack abs. the most difficult thing you can ever do is to try and transform yourself with an old way of thinking and an old set of habits. It's such a struggle that you'll likely give up and revert to your old self. Avoid this!!

2. Diet: Start to look at food differently. Instead of thinking; "Hmm, this is yummy", start thinking, "is this good for me? ". While you do not want to be a calorie counter, you DO want to be calorie conscious. start drinking semi skimmed instead of whole milk and also begin to look at having reduced fat meals versus the full fat versions. At this point you are simply transforming yourself into someone who eats healthier. This is before you do a complete dietary overhaul and begin eating like a monk.

A gentle introduction always works best. I will warn you that initially, you will dislike the taste of greens and whole grain, unprocessed foods if you are not used to eating that kind of food. Gradually, you'll develop a taste for it and as a matter of fact, you'll start to hate the processed stuff. After 3 years of eating nothing but whole meal brown bread, I cannot stand the taste of white bread. I struggle to finish a slice.

3. Exercise: For the most part, everyone has a set of six pack abs and if your body fat is low enough, they'll begin to show. The problem is, you'll look emaciated rather than impressively toned. You definitely need exercise to get some meat on your bones. There's little point in having a six pack if you have a bird chest and mosquito arms. It may impress you but everyone else will worry about your eating habits.

Therefore you need to look at an exercise program that will begin to add pounds of muscle to your body. For the ladies, a bit of muscle will highlight your curves by adding muscle tone and it make you look even more feminine. You needn't worry about gaining pounds of flesh as your high repetition, low resistance exercise program and low testosterone will massively limit the amount of muscle you can gain.
