A Good Muscle Building Diet For Skinny Guys

If you are a very skinny guy and are if you feel disgusted by looking at yourself in the mirror then you need to bulk up your body naturally. A good muscle building diet can provide you the healthy weight gain as well as bulk up your muscles naturally in few weeks. Most skinny guys are undernourished due to lack of proper calories and proteins in their diet. So as a skinny guy, you need to know what to eat and how to perform right exercises in order to gain muscle mass organically. The ideal muscle building diet for skinny guys

Most of the skinny guys do not take sufficient calories in their daily diet. Due to lack of enough calories, the body can not gain enough weight. Without sufficient calories, it is not possible to gain muscle mass. Our daily diet must include varieties of foods that can provide right amount of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.

1) Include lots of protein rich food in your diet Protein is the primary building block of every human muscle. So in order to bulk up the muscles, proteins are essential. Start taking food items that are rich in terms of proteins such as beef, chicken, beans, eggs, pork, salmon, turkey, fish, nuts, etc. Whey protein shake is also a natural source of proteins. Whey protein shakes are essential whenever you are on a trip or outside home for several days. They can replenish the protein stores quickly and can provide the much needed proteins to the body quickly.

2) Eat carbohydrates rich food in your daily diet Carbohydrates are also essential in gaining natural muscles. Breads and cereals are rich sources of carbohydrates. Whole grain cereals, granola breakfast cereals, bread made up of rye and bran are some of the good sources of natural carbohydrates.

3) Consume lots of green vegetables and fresh fruits Green vegetables and fresh fruits such as bananas, mangos, raisins, corn, peas, carrots, are ideal to gain high calories. They can provide lots of calories to the body and can help in natural weight gain.

4) Eat other high calorie food items on a regular basis Your breakfast should contain skimmed milk, oatmeal, flax seed oil or hemp-seed oil, dried cranberries or raisins, and 2-3 whole poached eggs. Oatmeal is essential to provide rich source of complex carbohydrates which in turn provides huge amount of calories for the body. Milk as well as eggs provides muscle building proteins to the body. Cranberries, raisins, flaxseed oil also provide lots of energy to the body.

5) Increase the frequency of your meals As a skinny guy, you not just have to improve the quality of the food but also need to increase the frequency of the meals on a regular basis. Just eating meals 2-3 times of the day is not enough to get bodybuilding calories. It is important to eat at least 5-6 times of the day.
