Real Life Advice To Gain Weight For The Skinny

BySean Jeremy Allen

Are you tired of being called a wimp just because of your size? Or do you want to gain some respect among guys during local gatherings? This article is dedicated to the hard-gainers who are struggling to gain weight and pack on some noticeable muscles on your body.

As you probably know, gaining some weight will give several benefits to you as a young adult and also as a matured man. You will get respected by your fellow mates, and women will notice you more because you stand out compared to other guys. Apart from that, you will sky-rocket your confidence. Everything you do will be the best that you can do because your subconscious mind works differently when you are feeling confident about yourself.

Every time you go to the gym and decide to lift weights, you must do your best to get the most out of your training. In order to get optimum results, you need to be extra focused. This could be done by preparing a proper pre-workout meal, and an intense workout program. Make sure you log every exercise you do, with how many reps, and the weight you lift. This will give you the data to track your progress later on.

Meat will be your favourite food if you are serious about gaining muscles. White meat is the source of lean proteins you should consume every day to supplement your protein intake for muscle growth. If you eat chicken, make sure you eat the whole chicken breast in one meal. The heavier you weigh, the more protein you should take to support your nutrition level. The recommended protein intake is 1gram per body weight (in pounds).

You should also eat more than you normally do. Some people who claim themselves as hard-gainers actually are not really hard to gain muscles. When they calculate the amount of food they eat in calories, it is surprising to see that majority of them are short hundreds even thousands of calories. The easiest way to determine the calorie level you should consume to gain weight is times your body weight with 18. And you will get the amount of calories you should consume per day.

During the training session, you should focus more on big muscle groups. Do not do isolation workouts such as biceps curls, tricep press down when you are on your quest to gain weight.

Make sure you focus more on major muscle groups with exercises such as deadlift, squat, military press and so on. You should also schedule your weight lifting 3 times a week, with proper cardio on your off days. You should get proper prescription from a certified personal trainer for this. Some workout programs will be better for your body compared to other people. So, following a successful muscle building program would be best for you.

Your body will demand nutrition as fuel to get your body growing, so make sure you fuel up your body every 3 hours to keep the system working. If you can apply these kind of eating habits, you will be on your way to muscle building success. Not to forget, don't neglect the importance of carbohydrates. Getting enough carbs in your system will allow you to have sufficient energy to lift heavier and grow bigger.

Now you know the important tips to gain weight and pack on some serious muscles to your body, go ahead and apply them in your training and your daily routine.

I wish I could explain a lot more in detail here. But unfortunately, to explain the whole process of muscle building will take a lot of time and a longer article. I do understand you are a busy person, but if you have a few minutes, then I invite you to check out my muscle gain website here, and discover how you can take it a bit further. And if you're too busy, that's fine! I'll still be here. Just make sure you put this info to good use. Again, here is my muscle gain review site.
