4 Important Workout Foods

You're tired all the time, but you're not sick - you're just busy. Productivity seems like a long lost dream. All you want to do is exercise and get yourself the body you want, but you're just too tired. The good news is that the solution might be right on your next breakfast plate. Proper nutrition is vitally important to everyday health and wellness. Proper nutrition is even more important under the demands of a high intensity workout. These four foods will help to provide your body with the energy and nutrients that it needs while you exercise and during your recovery period. Of course, nutrition is not all it takes. Be sure to get plenty of sleep, seven to nine hours per night and drink plenty of pure water.

Pumpkin Seeds: If even short workouts give you the fits, you might be low on magnesium, of which pumpkin seeds have a lot. Eating pumpkin seeds alone might not get you all the nutrition you need, but it'll give your engine the jumpstart it needs. It also can help to lower cholesterol levels.

Yogurt: Vitamin-B is important in converting other nutrients in your body into energy. Basically, it makes your engine more efficient at producing energy from the fuel you consume. It also has large amounts of tyrosine, which can have the same effect on you as coffee. But, be careful. Many yogurt brands are loaded with sugar.

Eggs: Eggs are famous for the amount of protein they have. It comes with six grams of extremely high quality protein, and is fantastic for people with active lifestyles. Proteins control how quickly your body absorbs calories, which makes sure that your body's energy levels do not spike. Instead, your energy is properly distributed over a period of time, allowing you to achieve more.

Dark Chocolates: Dessert treats aren't all bad. Dark chocolate is full of polyphenol, a chemical that increases your serotonin levels. Being a little happier can go a long way towards helping you fight your fatigue. It's also quite tasty.

You are what you eat, and if you eat energy filled food, you'll be able to do more with your time. Exercise, play video games, work - anything you want to do, you'll be able to accomplish with the right food. Put the right thing in your tummy and you'll have the fuel to run hard and fast all day.
